About these tools

Yes. There is no sign-up, no email gate and nothing to pay. The calculators run entirely in your browser, so the details you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

Each tool is built from the issuing authority's own published rules — IRCC for federal programmes, and the relevant provincial government for each nominee programme — and every page shows the date we last verified its figures. They remain estimates. Only the deciding authority's own assessment of your file is authoritative.

Whenever the underlying rules change, which happens more often than people expect. Two examples from the last year: IRCC removed job offer points from the CRS in March 2025, and Ontario closed its entire nominee stream lineup in May 2026. We re-check rather than assume, which is also why we publish fewer tools than some sites.

Because we only publish a tool once we have verified its grid against the government that issues it and can commit to maintaining it. A points calculator that quietly goes stale is worse than no calculator, particularly on the website of a licensed consultant. We add provinces as each grid is confirmed.

Yes. A calculator can tell you where you stand today, but not which pathway is realistic, what to fix first, or how the pieces interact. A licensed RCIC-IRB can look at your full situation and tell you that. The initial assessment is free and there is no obligation.
